In Studio Policies:

  • Please take off your shoes after arrival. There are designated areas for all your items from shoes to bags. Make sure your items find their temporary home. We like to dance and roll around a clean and decluttered floor, so let’s work together so we can slither and glide to our hearts content!

  • Keep cell phones away during classes. You can check your phone during breaks or use it to take quick notes of what we did in class but keep use to a minimum and stay behind the black curtain or step outside/into the front office. We know we use our phones for everything, but leave them away. You are here to learn, grow, and dance. Let yourself be distraction free while you are with us, it’s an amazing feeling to get lost in the moment and connect with yourself. Find time for yourself and take 75 minutes to leave everything outside those Mora walls!

  • Videotaping and photography of yourself is allowed and encouraged when the time is permitted in class/studio. Your instructor will let you know when and if that time is permitted. We don’t have time to record in every class so please keep devices away unless given permission. We DO NOT allow recording during freestyle.

  • Videotaping and photography of instructors or other students is strictly prohibited unless explicit permission is given. Videotaping of instructors breaking down moves is strictly prohibited.

  • Students may NOT teach or instruct others. We love our job and worked hard to get here. Let us continue to share our knowledge with you, besides it's what we get paid to do!

  • NO JEWELRY! It can damage our equipment. We have a holder for all jewelry located by the cubbies so you have somewhere safe to place your jewelry during class.

  • Immediately notify your instructor of any injury or illness. Your safety is our number one priority.

  • Please do NOT come to class sick. It’s not nice to risk others' health, so stay home and get better. We will be here when you’re ready to come back. We will miss you until then!

  • Always remember to use a crash mat or ask for a spot. Do not attempt anything you are unsure of or haven’t been taught by an instructor. You must feel comfortable having a spot, if you do not want to be touched then we can not allow you to do the move for safety purposes.

Safety, injuries, and pregnancies:

  • Please refrain from instructing or spotting fellow students in class. For the safety of our students and instructors we reserve the right to dismiss any participant who violates our safety and non-discrimination policies.
