All of our classes, workshops, & series are open to all bodies, shapes, and abilities. They are structured to give you a solid, safe foundation from which you can create your own style.

  • Prerequisites: None.

    Description:

    New to pole dancing? Start here! This is our introductory level class for those new to pole dancing. Each class begins with a sensual warm up in a dimly lit room, followed by some light conditioning specifically designed to strengthen you for future pole climbing and inverting. You will then learn a short routine using the basic pole spins and tricks that will create a solid foundation for your pole journey.

    Attire: No heels. Leggings/sweats/shorts and a comfy top/tank. Bring shorts with you to every class. As you start to progress you will need more exposed skin. Knee pads and/or leg warmers are helpful to protect your knees when necessary. No Jewelry.

  • Prerequisites: Must have Fireman Spin, Fronthook & Backhook Spin, Chair Spin, and Pole Sit (or instructor's approval). Must be comfortable on spin and static pole.

    Description:

    In this class we will continue to build your strength and technique within your basic spins, climbs, and inversions. Additionally, you will be introduced to new tricks, transitions, and movement-on both static and spin pole-as we begin to make our way up the pole. Each class consists of a sensual movement warmup, pole-specific conditioning, and a routine designed to build your pole repertoire. You will get the chance to not only practice what you have learned thus far in your pole journey, but also explore your own personal style with a free dance.

    Attire: Leggings/sweats/shorts and a comfy top/tank. We ask that you bring shorts with you to every class. We also suggest keeping a pair of knee pads and/or leg warmers to help protect your knees when necessary. No Jewerly

  • Prerequisites: Must have Fireman, Backhook, Fronthook, Chair, Pinwheel, a Basic Climb w/bracket, a decent Chopper, and a Pole Sit (or instructor's approval). Must be comfortable on spin and static pole.

    Description:

    In this mixed level class, we will continue to explore those Pole 1 spins, tricks, and transitions in different ways while adding in some new and more advanced progressions. In addition to the usual sensual movement and conditioning, extra emphasis will be placed on building your strength, stamina and fluidity. You can expect to focus extra attention on adding movement to the elements you've already learned, and how to connect those elements to the music and your personal style.

    Attire: Shorts and a comfy top/tank. We also suggest keeping a pair of knee pads and/or leg warmers to help protect your knees when necessary. No Jewelry

  • Prerequisites: Must have Fireman, Pinwheel, Backhook, Fronthook, Chair, a Basic Climb w/bracket, a decent Side Climb, Chopper, Jasmine, Figurehead, Genie, and a Pole Sit (or instructor's approval). Must be comfortable on spin and static pole.

    Description:

    You are now ready to explore some more dynamic spins, tricks, and transitions both up and down the pole. In this next level class, conditioning will be more personalized, and strength based in order to help you meet those individual pole goals. You can expect to continue building your strength and stamina in what you already know, while beginning to incorporate inversions. Each class you can expect to learn a routine that includes ascending and descending the pole-perhaps even both.

    Attire: Shorts and a comfy top/tank. We also suggest keeping a pair of knee pads and/or leg warmers to help protect your knees when necessary. No Jewelry

  • Prerequisites: Must have fireman, fronthook, backhook, pinwheel, chair, a pole sit, jasmine, genie, figurehead, a Basic climb w/bracket, a side climb, Solid Chopper on both sides, solid Outside leg hang on both sides, solid Inside Leg Hang, Crucifix, and Apprentice on both sides (or instructor's approval). Must be comfortable on spin and static pole.

    Description:

    In this mixed level class, we will continue to explore those Pole 2 spins, inverts, tricks and transitions in different ways while adding in some new and more advanced progressions. In addition to the usual sensual movement and conditioning, extra emphasis will be placed on building your strength, stamina and fluidity. You can expect to spend more time aerially, exploring ascents and descents.

    Attire: Shorts and a comfy top/tank. We also suggest keeping a pair of knee pads and/or leg warmers to help protect your knees when necessary. No Jewelry

  • Prerequisites: Must have fireman, pinwheel, backhook, fronthook, chair, pole sit, basic climb, side climb, jasmine, genie, figurehead, solid chopper both sides, crucifix both sides, inside leg hang both sides, outside leg hang both sides, apprentice both sides, butterfly both sides, extended butterfly, and inverted d (or instructor's approval). Must be comfortable on spin and static pole.

    Description:

    Craving a challenge? Ready to truly fly? By this point you should have mastered all of the beginner and intermediate pole spins, inverts, movement and floorwork. This class takes those up a notch by adding new tricks with an extra focus on technique and fluidity in transitions. All combos will be mainly aerial. You can expect to learn some new dynamic tricks and progressions for those you already know.

    Attire: Shorts and a comfy top/tank. We also suggest keeping a pair of knee pads and/or leg warmers to help protect your knees when necessary. No Jewelry

  • Prerequisites: Must have & be comfortable with all sensual movements & floorwork, a fireman, dip sit, fronthook, backhook, chair, a basic pirouette, and a Pole Sit (or instructor's approval). Must be comfortable on spin & static pole.

    Description:

    Low Pole Flow is a class for students who are ready to explore the sensual side of pole. Each week you will practice all of your favorite spins, movement and floorwork with an emphasis on fluidity and personal style. You will begin to learn basework and dynamic tricks and transitions from the floor. You will leave with a routine that incorporates all of the dance elements designed to challenge and build your freestyle.

    Attire: Leggings/sweats/shorts and a comfy top/tank. We ask that you bring a pair of knee pads and/or leg warmers to each class to help protect your knees when necessary. Heels are optional, but if used must have completed Intro to Heels Workshop. No Jewelry

  • Prerequisites: Must have & be comfortable with all sensual movements & floorwork, fireman, dip sit, backhook, fronthook, pinwheel, chair, pirouettes, a jasmine, genie, a Basic climb w/bracket, a decent Side Climb, Chopper, Forward & Backward Shoulder Roll, and a Pole Sit (or instructor's approval). Must be comfortable on spin & static pole.

    Description: Torn between your love for Low Flow and Inversions? This is the class for you. Each week you will learn a routine that incorporates dynamic tricks and inversions with your favorite low flow and basework. Your individual taste and freestyle will be especially challenged.

    Attire: Leggings/sweats/shorts and a comfy top/tank. We ask that you bring shorts, and a pair of knee pads and/or leg warmers to each class to help protect your knees when necessary. Heels are optional, but if used must have completed the Intro to Heels Workshop. No Jewelry

  • Prerequisites: Completion of Intro to Heels workshop and must have and be comfortable with all sensual movements & floorwork, fireman, backhook, fronthook, dip sit, chair, a pirouette, have a pole sit (or instructor's approval). Must be comfortable on spin and static pole.

    Description:

    Have you ever seen a dancer glide and twirl so effortlessly in heels and wondered how you could do that? Start here! We will build upon the foundations and basic techniques of heelwork to develop even more strength and fluidity. Each week you will learn a routine with extra focus on pivots, weight distribution and stylization designed to not only get you feeling more comfortable but ensure seamless transitions.

    Attire: 6in+ heels required. Must be heels specifically designed for exotic dancing such as Pleasers. 'Street' heels or stilettos are not acceptable. Leggings/sweats/shorts and a comfy top/tank. We ask that you bring a pair of knee pads and/or leg warmers to each class to help protect your knees when necessary. No Jewelry

  • Prerequisites: Must have taken at least 6+ Heels Technique & Transitions classes. Must have & be comfortable with all sensual movements & floorwork, fireman, dip sit, backhook, fronthook, pinwheel, chair, pirouettes, a jasmine, a figurehead, at least one Basic climb w/bracket, decent Chopper or hold a tuck up for at least 5 seconds, Forward & Backward Shoulder Roll, and a Pole Sit or have an Instructor's approval. Must be comfortable on spin & static pole.

    Description:

    Step into the world of heightened heels confidence and empowered movement with our Dynamic Heels class. This unique experience is designed for those who have mastered the basics and are ready to elevate their heel journey to the next level. This class will focus on dynamic movements, intricate footwork, and fluid transitions—all while wearing heels. From sultry walks to captivating spins, this class will enhance your ability to seamlessly integrate strength and sensuality in your movements.

    Attire:

    6in+ heels required. Knee pads required. Leggings/sweats/shorts and a comfy tank/top. Bring shorts to every class, we will need shorts on occasions.

  • Prerequisites: Must have & be comfortable with all sensual movements & floorwork, fireman, fronthook, backhook, dip sit, chair and a Pole Sit (or instructor's approval). Must be comfortable on spin & static pole.

    Description:

    This class is all about exploring your individuality and building your freestyle. We bring together the technical elements of the basic pole spins, movement and floorwork with dance elements such as fluidity and musicality. Each class will focus on a different element of movement where we will encourage and challenge you to move in different and new ways. You can expect to deepen the connection between your soul, mind and body, and take your movement to the next level.

    Attire: Leggings/sweats/shorts and a comfy top/tank. We ask that you bring a pair of knee pads and/or leg warmers to each class to help protect your knees when necessary. Heels are optional but musty have completed the Intro to Heels workshop. No Jewelry

Pole & Movement

  • Prerequisites: None.

    Description:

    Lyra Foundations is designed to introduce you to the fundamental skill of Aerial Hoop. This will include entering and exiting the hoop, learning to control the hoop, body mechanics, balances, and basic choreography. You will learn the basic grips and conditioning to build your strength for aerial. In this class the movements and poses you learn will be woven together to create sequences each week. At the end of each class you will have time to practice and dance the sequence.

    Attire: Leggings, comfy top/tank, or anything you are comfortable working out in. No Jewelry.

  • Prerequisites: Ability to mount and dismount the hoop with comfort, Man in the moon with no hands, Mermaid, Amazon, and One Hocks Hang Pull up back into hoop. At least 8 Lyra Foundations classes or instructor approval.

    Description:

    In this class we will take the skills we learned in foundations and continue to build onto the basic poses, moves, transitions, and grip. This class will break down, in detail, the elements that we will connect into a mesmerizing sequence each week. You will learn more complex sequences that will challenge you in new ways. You will start to develop the strength for inversions under and inside of the hoop, condition and build your stamina to dance longer in the hoop. You will also start to explore your freestyle within the hoop and build musicality.

    Attire: Leggings, comfy top/tank, or anything you are comfortable working out in. No Jewelry.

  • Prerequisites: Ability to invert to mount the hoop, ability to mount the top of the hoop, comfortable mounting a high hoop with ease, a strong/stable gazelle, ability to pull up in the hoop, have all basic poses and moves, and at least 12 Lyra Level 1 classes or instructor approval.

    Description:

    Now that you have the basics you are ready to be introduced to more challenging moves, transitions, poses, and grips. In this class, we will bring you into the realm of intermediate skills! You will be introduced to more dynamic rolls, drops, and beats. You will continue to build your strength and stamina while you continue to explore more inversions and build longer sequences. We will continue to sequence and connect your moves to increase your fluidity and improve your confidence in freestyle.

    Attire: Leggings, comfy top/tank, or anything you are comfortable working out in. No Jewelry.

  • Prerequisites: None

    Description:

    Each class will focus on conditioning movement on the ground and working with the lower third of the silk, developing the core work, flexibility and strength needed to move safely up the fabric. Learn how to climb up the silks, how to wrap foot-locks and transitions and tricks in the air.

    Attire: Leggings, comfy top/tank, or anything you are comfortable working out in. NO JEWELRY OR ANYTHING THAT CAN SNAG/DAMAGE THE FABRICS.

  • Prerequisites: A strong French Climb, Russian Climb, a single footlock, and double footlock or instructor's approval.

    Description:

    Designed to build and refine your foundation of Aerial Silks, you'll learn various climbs, poses, tricks, and more. You can continuously expect to leave with a new skill or sequence to add to your repertoire.

    Attire: Leggings, comfy top/tank, or anything you are comfortable working out in. NO JEWELRY OR ANYTHING THAT CAN SNAG/DAMAGE THE FABRICS.

  • Prerequisites: Minimum of 10 Silks Level 1 classes or Instructor approval. Familiarity with all Level 1 basic moves and sequences. Ability to invert from the ground, windmill hipkey from the ground, and working on hipkey in the air.

    Description:

    In this mixed level class, we will continue to explore those Silks 1 moves and sequences in different ways while adding in some new and more advanced progressions. In addition to the usual movement and conditioning, extra emphasis will be placed on building your strength, stamina and fluidity. You can expect to learn and refine the foundations of air inversion, drops, and more complex wraps.

    Attire:

    Leggings, comfy top/tank, or anything you are comfortable working out in. NO JEWELRY OR ANYTHING THAT CAN SNAG/DAMAGE THE FABRICS.

  • Prerequisites: Minimum of 12 Silks Level 1 classes or Instructor Approval. Must have a Strong Straddle Inversion, Strong Pike Inversion, Strong Hip Key and the ability to stay in the air for 2 minutes.

    Description:

    In Silks L2 we are building on our knowledge of sequencing and dance while beginning to incorporate more challenging wraps, drops, and balances. Expect to learn longer and more complex choreography that will help you build dynamic fabric skills.

  • Prerequisites: None

    Description:

    Hammock Foundations is designed to introduce you to the fundamental skills of aerial hammock. This will include entering and exiting the fabric, spinning, body mechanics, balances and basic choreography. This class will build strength and dexterity while getting comfortable with executing short sequences. You will be flying through the silks in no time!

    Attire: Leggings, comfy top/tank, or anything you are comfortable working out in. NO JEWELRY OR ANYTHING THAT CAN SNAG/DAMAGE THE FABRICS.

  • Prerequisites: Have the ability to dance through short sequences, familiarity with sitting, standing, and hanging sequences and have taken at least 6+ Hammock Foundations classes or instructor approval.

    Description:

  • Prerequisites: Familiarity with all basic mounts, grips, and beginner moves, must have 10 second dead hang, can tuck knees to chest four times from a hang, can pull up to sit in the hammock. Minimum of 10 Level 1 classes or instructor approval.

    Description:

    Now that you have the basics you are ready to be introduced to more challenging moves, transitions, poses, and grips. In this class, we will bring you into the realm of intermediate skills! You will start exploring drops, wrap theory, inversions, and longer sequences. Your strength and fluidity within the silks will increase and your freestyle will continue to develop.

    Attire: Leggings, comfy top/tank, or anything you are comfortable working out in. NO JEWELRY OR ANYTHING THAT CAN SNAG/DAMAGE THE FABRICS.

  • Prerequisites: Must have an unassisted straddle inversion, Unassisted tuck inversion, Crosship pullover, 20 second dead hang. Minimum of 12 Level 2 classes or instructor approval.

    Description:

    In this class you will be learning to utilize your inversion skills with fluidity and consistency. You will be challenged to new feats of strength and dexterity by increasing the strength demand of sequencing. You will also be introduced to more complex drops and wraps, balances, momentum work, and dive into the nitty-gritty of wrap theory.

  • Prerequisites: Must have and be comfortable with all level one moves and poses, must be able to mount and dismount the apparatus, have all basic grips and holds (or instructor's approval).

Aerial

  • Each Workshop & Series is designed to have a main focus that will dive deeper into specific elements to help build and evolve your skills.
